1. Where do I pay my ticket?

If you get your ticket from the Casper Police Department, you pay at the Municipal Court:

If you get a ticket from the Wyoming Highway Patrol or the Natrona County sheriff, you pay at Natrona County Circuit Court:
Townsend Justice Center
115 N. Center, Fourth floor

2. What is the eviction process?

The three-step eviction process includes:

• Receiving a 72-hour notice to quit, leave, and vacate


• Receiving a Forcible Entry and Detainer Summons - includes a court date


• Receiving a Writ of Restitution - these papers are filed at:

3. Where can sex offenders live?

Registered sex offenders living in Natrona County may not live within 1000 feet of school property. If there are questions on whether they can or cannot live in a location, they need to contact the Natrona County Sheriff's Office or the Sheriff's Office in the county they reside in.
