1. What evidence can be submitted for the County Board of Equalization?: Please see the State Board of Equalization rules or contact the State Board of Equalization at 307-777-6989 for direction.

Who all will be at the County Board of Equalization hearings?: The Hearing Officer, the County Commissioners acting as the County Board of Equalization, the County Attorney, the County Assessor and any staff required by the County Assessor's Office will be present at the hearing. The County Assessor may have their own counsel present also.
