The purpose of the Natrona County Zoning Resolution is the protection of public health, safety, morals, and general welfare.
Zoning provides for:
- The division of the unincorporated area of the County into zoning districts;
- Regulation of location, erection, construction, reconstruction, enlargement, alteration and use of structures;
- Regulation of the uses, condition of use, or occupancy of lands for agricultural, residential, commerce, industrial, recreational, and public purposes;
- Promotion of the orderly development and performance standards which regulate physical development of lands within the county.
