County Attorney

The County Attorney’s duties are to advise the Elected Officials, Department Heads, and various Boards appointed by the Commissioners on civil matters involved in the day to day operations of County government. Our goal is to meet the demands of the office in a courteous and efficient manner in order to aid the County officials in carrying out their duties in furtherance of good, responsive government.

The County Attorney is unable to assist the public in criminal or civil matters, or provide legal advice.
