To find out what your zoning area is, you will need to call the Development Department (307) 235-9435, make sure you have the subdivision name (if appropriate) or section, township, range, physical address, and the name of the property owner.

It all depends on the zoning of your property. To help you correctly identify what kind of business is allowed on your property, please call the Development Department at (307)235-9435.

Does a conditional use permit, variance, or zone change go with the land when I sell it?
Yes, they do go with the land so the new property owner will have the same use of the land as you did.
