Notice of Intent to Increase Natrona County Nordic Trails Pass Fees

Pursuant to the Wyoming Administrative Procedures Act, W.S. 16-3-103 and W.S. 18-9-201(a)(i), the Board of County Commissioners of Natrona County, Wyoming, will hold a public hearing on Tuesday, February 5, 2019 to consider proposed fee increases for Natrona County Nordic Trails Passes.

A copy of the proposed fee increases for Natrona County Trails Passes is available at the office of the Board of County Commissioners, 200 N. Center, Suite 115, Casper, WY 82601, or on the Natrona County website- The Board will open the public hearing to consider the proposed fee increases on Tuesday, February 5, 2019, at 5:30 p.m. in the Natrona County Courthouse, District Courtroom #1, 200 North Center Street, Casper, WY 82601, for additional public comments. Those persons unable to attend the public hearing may send written comments to the Board of County Commissioners, 200 North Center Street, Ste. 115, Casper, WY 82601.

A Nordic Trails Pass is only required on trails that are groomed by Natrona County Parks Department in the winter season.
